Hello, first question, I don't know if I'm in the right spot, but pretty bad pain in right foot where little toe joins the sole of my foot. One not so recent diagnosis is loss of foot pad, wear cushions. No relief. Bought break nice shoes ( Hoka ) and pretty good relief. Now pain is resuming, could this be a bone spur? If so, what is the procedure? TIA
