For anyone working in the NHS ... or anyone who fancies chipping in!

Has anyone had to create a business plan so that they can put a bid in for some gait analysis software?

I am pushing for some technology and already know what system i would like to employ, i was hoping for any pointers on constructing a business plan to present to the trust so that we can look at buying some Gait Analysis Kit. Any help would be aprreciated as iam not from a managerial background. If anyone has already built a case plan for this and does not mind sharing a copy with me, i would be most grateful. I have no problems with putting in the hardwork for this i just dont want to re-invent the wheel if dont have to!

I Appreciate any feedback in advance.

    Matt
