    Hello everyone,

I hope this post doesn't bore everyone as I am sure you have all seen it before. I have looked throughout the forums for similar posts but none are specifically values based interview threads. I understand that values based interviews are more of a recent tool utilised in recruiting NHS staff.

I am a podiatrist who has not practiced in England since 2013 when I qualified. I have a couple of interviews coming up and all the confirmation I have received have said they are values based interviews. I have done alot of research regarding the Francis report and the 6 c's. I understand that each trust now has their own values and that these questions will be based on the values of the trust.

Am I right in thinking this?
Will it just be questions relating to the values?
Can anyone provide some good examples of questions they have been asked and/or have asked if on an interview panel?

I really appreciate anyone taking the time to reply.

    Thank you.
