Is this regiment, which is designed to increase blood oxygenation levels, viable for recovery between runs or workouts?
I saw runners at a local event using the cartridges prior to the race.

    Thanks,

I'm using this therapy to improve my endurance when I run and exercise. Yes, it benefits our microcirculation by using medical grade vaporized co2 and delivering it to the body through the skin. This then triggers our body to send more oxygenated blood all throughout our systems. It greatly improves tissue perfusion, this was evidenced by my o2 saturation, it was at 99%!

Still using it and still getting the same benefits and more! My skin is looking great as well!
