    5 yr post renal transplant ex-(not very good) podiatrist here
    been on corticosteroids and tacrolimus for full "post-transplant period"
    only noticeable effects are muscle loss (thighs, bum, shoulders, upper arms
    and
    have ruptures in b/common flexor tendons resulting in major loss in hand/ wrist power
