    Hi

Could anyone advise me where to obtain a shoe alteration for a patient with a lateral calcaneal exostosis.
He wears Saloman fell shoes and carbon fibre orthoses which have normalised his foot posture.
I have discussed modifying the heel counter with a heat gun / balloon patches but the patient would like a permanent solution.
Also is anyone aware of anyone making bespoke running / fell shoes.

    Many thanks for your help.
