Interventions for increasing ankle joint dorsiflexion

    I take my hat of to anyone who has done a paper not least for the effort and work undertaken and because I have never done one. I just find myself find myself a little confused by the title of this paper and then its following abstract.

    1 Given the abstract appears only to focus upon soft tissue intervention (i.e. no indication from the abstract of joint work) should this limitation of choice of intervention been included in the title.

    2 By "healthy Population" is this suggesting their conclusions are based on uninjured people?
     
  4. Point 1 , not really , but I agree there are a lot of misleading titles, people read too many newspapers with catchy headlines, the real issue is why they even look at ROM when should be looking at stiffness. Any joint can be moved x number of degrees with enough force.

    I agree with your point on stiffness and ROM Mike which was also one of the queries going through my head.
