Pinching Pain on Top of Foot

    Hello,
    A week ago the top of my foot began hurting on a run, but I thought it was bc it was cold. The area is on the top of my foot, just below the toes and between my big toe and the second toe. There are a few bumps, but not bony bumps. The bumps are not visible. They are soft, and are muscle-y bumps. No swelling. Foot appears completely normal. Bumps only hurt when I press it really hard. After it hurt for another day, I stopped running for 4 days and was barely walking and just did...
