    Podiatrist - Full Time

River Healthcare has worked since 1997 to deliver exceptional care to patients.

Our focus and core business is chronic disease management and all our podiatrists excel in the delivery of better health outcomes in the management of disease processes.

Our current position is replacing a long standing River Healthcare Podiatrist in Mackay, Qld whom will move to Kingaroy. The schedule will include private practice work in a local established Mackay podiatry clinic, plus clinic work within aged care facilities. There is no need to build a case load as this is a walk in and work position. We are willing to look at all scenarios to fill this exciting role. We are happy for more than one podiatrist share this position if your only looking for part time.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team in Mackay you will work alongside other River Healthcare providers, such as OT's and Physios providing multi-disciplinary care. The private practice also has two other full time podiatrists whom you will work alongside. Having been established now 17 years and the director of River Healthcare being a podiatrist himself, River Healthcare has the systems, processes, education for development and knowledge to make the day run very smoothly.

Scope of services is full podiatry care, including biomechanics, orthotics and surgery, as all age groups and limb and foot conditions are treated in the private clinic. The clinic has full reception and admin support at all times, as a three podiatrist clinic it is very busy.

Drivers licence and own motor vehicle is essential.

Instruments, consumables and autoclave can be supplied, although a higher remuneration can be paid for those wanting to supply their own.

We look forward to providing the most suitable applicant/s with this position. A flexible start date is option at the moment, working with the moving podiatrist to replace them in Oct 2015 would be ideal.
