This is a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate or experienced podiatrist wishing to extend their skills into public health. Based in Rockhampton, the successful applicant will work within a well established multi-disciplinary Foot Protection Team which includes Senior Podiatrists, Wound Care Nurse, Allied Health Assistant, Dietitian, Diabetes Educator and Occupational Therapist.

Whilst the provision of high risk foot care will be the priority for the position, there will be opportunity to deliver clinical services across the spectrum of Podiatric Care including medical grade footwear prescription, podopaediatrics and biomechanics. Outreach service provision will be expected and there is the requirement for overnight accommodation in some communities.

    Salary range: $2 105.80 - $2 691.20 per fortnight
