Very well established sole practitioner business situated in GP clinic in heart of town,
Great referrals from local doctors and word of mouth, predominantly general treatment but orthotics and nail surgeries make up a proportion of income.
currently only working 4 days a week with plenty of demand and books constantly full. managed with a part time receptionist and low rent makes it an easy guaranteed income from day one.
Im planning to complete transition next May2025 and happy to mentor for seamless handover.
walk in walk out basis. all equipment, autoclave and computer system included with duplicate podiatry chair and treatment table included.
