    Hi

Has anyone used practice bee software for their podiatry clinic?

We are thinking of getting practice bee. Wanting to know how well it's running for your practice.

    Thanks

  2. Hi,
Thanks for the thread. I am a physiotherapist and have used practice bee in my clinic in the past. To be honest found it hard to use (i.e a lot of step to do everything) and did not give me enough information on how my clinic was running (i.e. client stats, inventory report etc).

So I have joined with three other people to help develop Nookal (www.nookal.com). Please have a look at the website.

I am still practicing physio and using the system (as I was one of the testers).

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Regards
    Darren

    Hi Darren,

Nookal looks good. We're also trying to get something that can do Medicare and DVA billing. Cloud based is the best option as we have home visits and rooms at GP practices.

    thanks

  4. Hi,
I have been told by the developers that we will be integrating with a provider who does medicare and DVA online soon..
    Cheers

We have just changed providers. I looked into Practice Bee and too be honest i was a bit scared off. The price they gave me was negotiable and already supposedly half price. A lady with a strong foreign accent rang at a strange time and left a message on our machine.. we rang her back the next day and my receptionist said she sounded like we had woke her up?? She also couldn't understand her.

I think someone on another thread said the support was not very good.

  6. Yep...I had the same problem. I know Nookal's support is great..ticket system, forums site, skype and phone. If you would like me to organise access to the system just let me know.
    Regards
    Darren
