    hey all!

I'm new to this forum and thought I'd reach out. I'm doing research just now to understand what % of the world is walking 'incorrectly' and how effective insoles are to help alleviate this problem. Also trying to understand if the general public would also benefit from wearing some kind of insoles.

Papers and journals are best since its research. But my hypothesis is
    1. XX%of the world are walking incorrectly due to bad shoes which leads to bad habits.
    2. The standard insoles in shoes are pathetic and are just there to cover up the stitching
    3. The whole world should be wearing insoles. Maybe not custom ones but the $15-30 would be way better for someone rather than the standard ones

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

As soon as you find out what a correct walk looks like, let the rest of us know. Some experts might disagree with an "authoritative" source that has found the correct way to walk. Just put one foot in front of the other.
