Can I take this space to tell my colleagues about an exciting project I have for 2009. In october next year I will be heading off to Peru to Trek the Inca Trail in order to raise funds for Classic FM Music Makers charity. This wonderful scheme brings music experience and education to underprivelidged and special needs children in the UK.
The Inca Trail covers a distance of 45km over several days, and there will be a maximum of 40 people in my group (no doubt they will be seeking my expertise in podiatry for their blisters!!). In order to achieve this not only do I need to get fit but I also need to raise over £3000, so its going to be a tough year.
If anyone out there would be interested in sponsoring me, please go to www.justgiving.com/kathysindall where you can make a gift aided donation. Any amount would be gratefully received, even one pound can make a difference. I am also holding foot care parties, doing car boot sales and various other fund raising activities to raise the money.
I hope you can help. In the meantime may I wish all of yo a very merry christmas and a happy and hopefully prosperous new year.
    Kathy.

  2. Hi Kathy

How did your charity trek on the Inca trail go? Any photographs of your walk?
