    Paul,

I don't know how it is being handled by the PBOA, and I doubt if they would have recieved any new applications, as all those who could use the "experience" model were endorsed by Victoria, and LaTrobe only relsease the case studies for those requiring supervision a week or so ago.

What I did was submit certified copies of:
two reference letters from prescribers, who I had worked with and could confirm my experience
My LaTrobe Grad Dip (indicating that I had completed an approved course of study in pharmacology)
A certificate in ALS (which is now only BLS plus EAD)
A certificate from the LaTrobe Update course, which was board aproved
$100, being the annual fee for endorsement

If taking the supervision route, would be similar, except would need a letter indicating completion of supervision, from supervisor. The board don't want the notes initially, but may audit for them. There would also be a need for a NSW uni to run an approved (14hr) update course and link in with the LaTrobe case studies. I am sure Paul Tinley should be able to help.

Does anyone know what's happening as far as prescription rights for UWA students?
