    To Whom It May Concern:
I am a graduated resident from Millcreek Community Hospital Podiatric Surgery Residency in Erie PA and I am interested in a podiatry position. I would appreciate the opportunity to be interview or if you can forward this information to a practitioner that could need an associated podiatrist. I would appreciate the opportunity to visit a practice so that you or any other attendings can determine whether I would be a good fit. I have attached some items for you to evaluate, including my CV so that you more familiar with my academic credentials and skills.
I am interested in working in a practice that I can bring my clinical and surgical skill and increase the diversity of treatment options and the amount of patients for the practice. I believe that I will be a good fit because I am hard working, conscientious, eager to learn, companioned and a team player. Additionally, I will use my Spanish speaking skills to help increase the number of Hispanic patients that we can help in the practice.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss with you any further information regarding my candidacy. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or concerns regarding this request or forward this document to another practice. I can be reached via cell phone at 787-236-5036 or by email at rmelendez@alumni.ocpm.edu.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
    Sincerely,
    Rolando M. Melendez DPM PGY-3
