Severe ankle/foot pain

    Hi. I'm 35 and have had foot/ankle pain most of my life. I have collapsed arches and extra bone in both feet. If I am on my feet for more than 3 hours at a time each day, then the next day I will have pretty bad ankle pain on the outside top of the ankle where the shin bone, the heel and ankle meet. It feels like the bones are rubbing on tendons or something. If I have to be on my feet all day then I'm pretty much useless the next day. I can't put any pressure on my ankle without severe...
