Short Term Part -Time Podiatrist

    We are currently seeking a self motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual with excellent communication skills, flexibility and diversity to be part of our podiatry team working autonomously. The position will be for a 6 month period, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday).

    You will be required to assess, diagnose, develop and implement individual treatment/care plans for patients with a wide range of clinical needs. Most commonly care will be provided for patients at risk who suffer with metabolic vascular or neurological disorders.

    Wound management and nail surgery experience is essential and a special interest in biomechanics would be beneficial. Choice of In-house or External Orthotic Manufacture

    Package includes, full orientation, salary sacrifice, annual CPD allowance and a competitive salary.

    Flexi Care Inc. is a community based organisation which provides services to assist HACC eligible clients. Services provided: Community Care Packages, Community Options Program, South East HACC Network Podiatry Project, Veterans’ Home Care and Volunteer Program. The Podiatry Project has predominantly community-based clinics on Brisbane’s Southside with some home visits (no nursing homes)

    Terms and conditions are under an enterprise agreement Registration with Podiatry Board of Australia, National Police Check & Senior first aid certificate mandatory.
