Toenail regrowth after avulsion

    My daughter had a big toe nail avulsion 2.5 months ago. Now it feels like the nail is regrowing at the base of the toe. It is very painful. I'm not sure how to explain, but I can feel the nail growing out toward the side of her toe. Not growing up toward the tip of the toe, but growing at a 90 degree angle like it is trying to break through the right side of her actual toe. She has an appointment in 10 days, but we are trying to figure out what we can do to ease the pain until then. Also,...
