Hope this is in the correct area. I have a 2nd hand single vacuum press for sale. I want to list it for sale through the pod assoc but I have no idea how much I should be asking for it. I know how much a brand new one costs, but don't really know what a 2nd hand press goes for. Any indications would be much appreciated. It is about 10 years old, but has had minimal use. Excellent condition. Thank you

Ask your accountant what the book value is first, most likely $0, so anything over that is good, l would have thought at 10 years old the bladder might be an issue.

l would put the price at 25% of new value of that brand if you want to sell it, if your not really worried about selling it go for 50% of new value, you can always come down.

Thanks for that. I am sure accountant will say $0. Might try for a bit over 25% though. Bladder might need replacing but that doesn't cost much. Might even put a new bladder with it as a sweetener.

Has the pump been serviced and does it work? Bladder is not an issue.
    Cheers
