HelpStreet Medical is looking for an experienced and autonomous Podiatrist to take up an exciting position in their new Medical Centre, based in Canberra.

Based out of an existing facility, the successful candidate will be heavily involved in the implementation stages of this new clinic, with your feedback, experience and ambition pivotal in the roll-out of these centres Australia-wide. This is an exciting and engaging prospect for any practitioner ready to take the next step.

The Role:
• Responsible for own autonomous practice in all clinical settings.
• Ensure effective patient care is maintained while receiving strong support from Senior Management and Head Office with a dedicated Support Team.
• Assessment & diagnosis of existing conditions.
• Diabetic assessment and review.
• Developing and implementing care plans.
• Chronic disease and wound care management.
• General foot care and nail surgery, verruca treatments.
• Managing documentation requirements.
• Overtime available upon approval.
• % Cash back scheme for specialised treatments.

Ideal Candidate:
• Passionate, understanding and caring.
• Hold current and unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Podiatrist.
• Possess sound clinical skills and knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Excellent case-load management, communication and customer service skills.
• Consent to undergoing a Federal Australian Police check.
• Driven to excel, grow and develop in your field.
