We the undersigned who are in good health and have no podiatric clinical need, and having been assessed by the pod dept and discharged, demand that the selfish tax payer underwrite our DESIRE to have our nails cut every 6 weeks. This is just like we never had before all the horrible changes.:deadhorse:

After all we fought the war for this.:craig:

    ad nauseum, ad nauseum.:boohoo:

HO HUM what a waste of space time and effort.

Now if pod depts were discharging high risk at risk feet from pod depts then i would support this.:butcher:

    BUT NO:drinks

    regards David

Or how about, "we the undersigned urge NHS podiatry departments to recommend discharged patients to see private poditrists who have received appropriate training (and have been judged competant) in how to carry out a neurovascular assessment (and not just cut and come back again chiropody). We beleive it is ridiculous that such patients are told to look in the Yellow Pages for a chiropodist, when not everyone is trained to the same level of competance. We beleive that if the medical condition of these patients deteriorate, then the chiropodists who have not received such training will not be able to detect such problems/appropriately advise the patient!"

Or how about "we the undersigned demand that the NHS Podiatrists see us immediately the day after we DNA our valuable appt with them, after giving some half-arsed lame excuse"

or "we the undersigned demand that all diabetics, irrespective of risk/age/etc will get our nails cut every 16 minutes in case they develop gangrene"
