What is wrong with my foot?

    This X-ray was taken today. Doctor said nothing is wrong on it. I have pain in my big toe and pinky toe. The fifth metatarsal head looks weird to me. I'm no expert and I might be paranoid but if that is not right please tell me. The doctor recommended a gel pad for under the ball of my foot. I had surgery on this foot in October 2017 but they went no where near the toes. They rebuilt my arch.
