Just been to a physio friend's practice and had my love handles wobbled by a Whole-Body-Vibration training machine (Galileo brand if you must know.) Just held onto a coupla handles while the platform vibrated madly beneath me. (Think I lost a few fillings!)
Has anyone used it/know of it/have any opinions on it?
Apparently the different frequencies and amplitudes work different muscles/reflexes etc.
    I am interested...
    Cheers
    Mahtay
