WOW, how many of us UK Pods would just debride and off load?

I often visit the US site Present Podiatry as the DPM's there seem to have some good conversations.

However i came across this thread and just thought wow, they really seem to jump in all guns blazing, for something which i would just initially enucleate and off load?

    What do you think?

    Interesting stuff!

Unfortunately, Cantherone is not licensed for podiatric use in the UK. I did obtain some of the red`super strength` with Sal acid, for a crop of VP`s that I grew during my uni days...but was too chicken to use it. I gave it to a dermatologist pod to try, who informed me that it was indeed very painful on application, (Well, it was for his wife anyway, whom he used it on) but very effective.
