still a Podiarty student

    Hello everyone,
    Im still just a Podiarty student trying to get to know people in the industry so that when i graduate ill be known of and hopefull walk into a job straight away.
    Im only in first year but would love to know if anyone is intrested in takeing me under their wing (or foot) and teach me everything they know.
    In brisbane at QUT.

  2. Hi Skye , :welcome: to Podiatry Arena. You will learn lots from here. But I would suggest that you find 1-2 pods in your area, give them a call and see if you can shadow them a few days a year.

    Proactive is fantastic! Well done! YOu will go far. We employ students from time to time as they work there way through Uni helping at front desk and sterilising and assisting etc. Let people locally know you are looking and this can be a great mentored position.
