I need to have my Merlin autoclave serviced/ pressure tested etc and wanted to know if anyone could advise me which company deals with the Merlin. Also I believe all autoclaves now need a printout which my Merlin doesn't have. Am I still able to use the Merlin? Thanks for your help

  2. might help a little, Perkyr to know what part of the world your in. No point getting service info for Melbourne if you are in Gävle.

Try Independent Inspections of Watford, they cover a large part of the UK. I find them reasonably priced and generally helpful.

    Hi perkyr,
You could try Dental Buying Group - again they cover the UK and are reasonably priced

Regarding the use of a printer, as far as I am aware they are not compulsory providing you have a system that enables you to keep a log of the cycles to show that the equipment is working to the correct temperature for the correct length of time.

There are one or two threads on decontamination and sterilisation on this site. maybe admin can put a link in?

    regards

Hi, I find the London Sterilizer Co. 01923 269331 very helpful. The chap services my Merlin, He travels quite a distance - We're in Herts.

A vote from me for The London Sterilizer Company. I've found them reasonably priced and reliable.
