Hi,
2.5 months ago i was playing basketball in shoes that were too small and I stubbed both big toes multiple times. my left toenail lifted up after almost a month, connected only at the corners and there seemed to be another nail-type structure growing from the bed up. eventually the original nail got really annoying like a loose flap and i was able to cut it off with zero pain. there was a small half moon "new nail" starting to form.
