phototherapy

    Anyone seen the cleartouch, advertised as a new home use device developed by radiancy to treat fungal nail.
    Supposedly developed in the 1980's, a 'new' method of light based therapy, discovered in Israel, uses light based technologies, like laser and intense pulsed light (IPL), rely on light energy to effect clinical changes while they filter out the subsequent heat. Looking at some reviews, most say it does not work, anybody know of anyone who has used it and if any good or not.
    I feel if it was as good as they say, then everyone would be using it and we can wave good bye to fungal nail, if only it was that easy.

    If the claims they make in the marketing are correct, then they deserve a Nobel Prize
    I not aware of any evidence, esp comparing it to other approaches.

    Anecdotes and case series are not really data
