Joel, I know you previously said that you want people to chose you because you're the best, not because of your price. I definitely agree with that mindset. I have no problem paying for quality but I don't like getting screwed. I got a quote from another vendor and the cost to set it up and for the 1st month's use would pay for 122 months of Cliniko. Every month after that would pay for a year of Cliniko. It makes my decision a lot easier.

A lot of companies employ sales people to sell the software, they often need to pay those sales people commissions, so you get a big upfront price to cover it. We don't have sales people, so don't have any reason to do so.

Even with that though, your quote sounds exceptionally high.

    Hi

My name is Paul Bola, I started DocMate.com in California I have been in business for long time and now I started in Chandigarh, India (DocMate.co.in). Business strategy must be aligned with creating value for your customer base or it won?t last. You should always be in touch with how you are solving your customer?s needs. There are several great ways to monitor your customer feedback loop, such as reviews, monitoring social conversations and surveys.

I hope you don't mind, I just wanted to share some information regarding our practice management software.

Tynedale Computers is a UK based family business that began back in 1992 producing software for health services.

PPMS (Private Practice Management System) is our package for Private Practitioners.

We have specialised versions of PPMS designed specifically for Podiatry and Physiotherapy.

We offer an online demonstration, where we will show you the system, but also ask about your needs and any requirements you might have. If you like what you see, we offer a 2 months' free trial including installation help, one2one online training and full telephone support. There is no obligation.

There's many software providers out there. I've trialled Cliniko, PPS by Rushcliff and ClinicOffice by Pioneer Software. Personally I perferred ClinicOffice as the upfront cost was pretty good. The support team are also helpful - especially with the likes of me! I like the fact you can try these software packages out before you buy - best to try before you buy!

For ease of use, and amazing support, I would recommend Cliniko. Always adding new features, and they have a real openess and honesty that is hard to find in other companies
