Paranoid problem...

    Hello, I'm new here. I have a question, just wondering if anyone can help me.

    I am a 31 yr old guy, and I do have some paranoid habits together with some OCD. One of those habits is that I tend to subconsciously stand on the outer edges of my feet sometimes when I'm barefoot or in my socks. Reason for this is because I have a legitimate fear of catching athlete's foot.
