    PRACTICE SALE
Looking for a unique opportunity, in a beautiful environment, where nature is close at hand? Then I have a suggestion; come to northern Michigan, where lakes, rivers, mountains, and outdoor fun, are everywhere. This is a special situation for someone looking to take over a practice, without a major investment.
I own a viable, successful practice, which encompasses every aspect of podiatric medicine. Orthopedics, diabetic medicine, surgery, wound care, sports medicine, palliative (maybe 15% at most), this practice has it all.

It is a perfect situation for a new (or even experienced) practitioner. I’m looking for someone to come in and run the practice. I will be available for a transition period, working part-time. It is possible for a buy-out arrangement to be built-in to the agreement. Basically, this means you can own, and run, a practice with minimal money down. This is a true “work-to-own” situation. It is now a 40-plus hour a week practice. I will be working part time after you take over, to maintain a presence in the practice.

The practice is located on a very large lake, with all the recreational opportunities that come with it. Mountain biking, skiing (both downhill and cross country), are all minutes away. Snowmobiling, hiking, hunting, are all here in abundance. An outdoorsmen’s paradise!

The practice is located in a professional building, with every type of medical specialty close at hand. Most every key type of medical equipment is present, and ready to use, from diagnostic ultrasound, digital x-ray, in-office surgical equipment, pain laser, and so much more. Hospital privileges are available in a state-of-the-art, brand-new hospital.

If you have heard all the negatives about being an employee, just another number in a corporate ledger, and you want to be your own boss, this is a fantastic situation, a wonderful opportunity to do that, without breaking the bank, or pillaging your parent’s savings.
