  3. So, how did they decrease tibial accelerations? If Irene's previous propositions are correct, she should have reduced leg stiffness via increased knee flexion etc...

  10. If only impact forces were the cause of most running injuries, which they aren't. Seems like Irene still hasn't given up the barefoot running cause...too bad that she's still trying to fight the losing battle while everyone else is frantically trying to jump off the Ship of Barefoot Running.....
