I am about to move to a new clinic, but I am unsure as to my legal position with the physical patient records
which I obviously want to take with me. I currently rent a room in a multi-disciplinary setting, but I am a little worried as to how the clinic director will react when I finally announce my departure. I have no contract with the clinic, but want to be certain of my legal position.

Depends on so many factors such as contracts; local laws etc - you probably should get some legal advice.

Thank you Craig, I think you are right, I just want to cover myself for potential conflict.
