Severe Metatarsal pain

    Hi everyone, hope someone can give me suggestions on my metatarsal pain...
    Last year I had plantar fasciitis on both feet. I've come over that after I take prp injections.
    However 5th metatarsal pain come after plantar fasciitis healed.
    After meeting several podiatry doctors, they believe it caused by contracture of my PF after injection.
    But it's rare to see persisting pain on 5th metatarsal head.
    MRI scan or x ray reports are all normal.
    Only the foot pressure map can show both feet 5th...
