Do I have Pronation, Over-Pronation, or Supination?

    When I take off my shoes and look at the bottom of each:

    On the Right shoe: the tread pattern is still intact on the inside portion (Left side) of the heel. The Outside (The right side) portion of the heel is completely worn away.

    On the Left shoe: the tread pattern is still intact on the inside portion (Right side) of the heel. The outside (Left side) portion of the heel is completely worn away.


    When you look at the pair of shoes next to each other they look like this ( I hope this...

    Do I have Pronation, Over-Pronation, or Supination?
