    Hi all ,
One thing I do not know if I understand correctly.
Decrease leg stiffness, joint flexion Increase, decrease cadence, stride lenght Increase, low arched feet and vice versa for high arched feet.
If a mmii having a lower arc angle greater flexion of the normal knee and hip .how can be increased the stride "overstride in running", if the reaction force should be less?
With regard to the cadence, how is it interpreted?it is opposed to what he says that if we have a more rigid member ( you increase steps and decrease stride length)? I understood that the fewer steps are taken x minutes, means that the rate is better because the energy expenditure is less ...
    A greeting.
