Broken Nippers/Repair

Hi all,

I am having an issue with nippers breaking and not quite sure why??

Im using Cutlass and one of the spring arms (not sure of techincal term) from inbetween the handles is snapping - three this month?

A. Does anyone know who will repair or whether i can simply order the part and screw the new arm into place?

B. Why it happens? too tight? sterilisation?
