Weird nail growth on pinkie toe

    Ive had this weird growth on my pinkie toenail since as long as i can remember and it doesn't hurt but really gives me hell hen i try to cut it, like i.m cutting off a part of my skin, and i just want to know what it is because its been on there for so long. Sorry about my gross feet.
