Hi my names Andrew and im a Freshman in highschool. Six months ago, during a cross country race, I had an avulsion fracture. A few days before the race, we were having a hard practice in which we ran mile repeats. when i pushed off to run the second mile, i felt a very bad pain in my right ankle.
