Ankle bursitis neuropathy or Tarrpal tunnel

    My professional career is a welder, using machines that require both my wrists and ankle to perform my task. Halfway during the pandemic my work asked me to go to a job where I would stand for 8 hours a day. I went back to my normal area and, tried to use my old machines. My ankle bone all of a sudden became really stiff and a pain came out right between your tarsal and my two leg bones. it always presents a on and off pain that goes from that spot and will sometimes make it to my big toe....
