    hi everyone

I am looking into dropping back to Part Time and taking on some work as a sole trader
    At aged care facilities.
I am just unsure how these facilities work though? I understand there's a lot of companies doing this but I know they're not a complete monopoly.
Do these facilities work on a contract basis where if these big companies undercut me they can't jump ship in 2 months if a better deal comes along?

Also, with regards to payments etc, is it a matter of just sending an invoice and they deposit money or is this a long drawn out procedure?

Any info you have regarding contracting these places would be a huge help!

Thanks and happy new year :)
