Blake Inverted Orthotic and Iliotibial Band Syndrome

    Will Blake type orthotics contribute to Iliotibial Band Syndrome if a patient is predisposed to lateral knee pain?

    Doug ITBFS is an intersting one - ie what we thought may not be what it is.

    Here´s an abstract of an intersting paper. Which may then answer your question.

    Whoah, great article sir. I knew p.t.'s were looking more at the hip and this article offers a good understanding. I know it's a like like plantar fasciitis-type injuries in-as-much as it can hang on, and on ... .
