    Hi everyone,

    This is a little embarrassing and I've never really shared problems like these before but I kind of have nowhere else to turn to and having some answers about nail infections could really help. I hope you bear with me.

    Over the winter of course I never really wore shoes that were open and frankly allowed my feet and toenails to breathe. And i'm guilty as the next person reusing socks (please tell me I'm not the only one who's done it) - I know it's dirty and really really...
