    Hello,

Long time reader, first time member and poster!

I've been working as a Pod in Australia for about 3 years and am considering a move to Norway (for personal reasons, not professional reasons!). I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with working or continuing their career in a Scandinavian country? I understand the qualifications are completely different. Assuming fluency in the language, what did your journey entail regarding further study and looking for employment?

    Thanks all!
    Sam
