Ball under big toe on right foot is in pain

    Hello, I am planning on going to Florida this June 10th. I wanted to try and get cut and lean before I went so last week I started sprinting every day. I would sprint about 60 yards and walk back 18 times In between every 6 laps I would do 20 burpees. I wore cleans and did this in an open field. The ground was pretty flat but did have sort of a slight slope when I sprinted downhill. But the slope is so tiny no one would probably even recognize it and I did have to kind of jump around...
