Bifurcation of negative phase of doppler waveform

    Just had a gent with a bifurcated negative phase of Posterior Tibial artery. Was using an audio only doppler but changed to the audio-visual doppler as I can't recall hearing a similar phase pattern. Any ideas. I've written to the GP and included a comment mentioning same.\
    I've seen a bifurcation in the 1st (positive) phase a few times but never the negative phase before, mark
