Big toe issue- running

    Hello, I'm a runner and do a lot of long runs over 20 miles, frequently.
    I have developed an issues that I have not been able to find any info on.
    On the out side of my big toes, I have developed what can best described a callus, however it does not seem to be from rubbing or abrasion. I have wide big toes and I think that when I run, I must put slot of pressure on my bid toes and the pressure on the toe pad pushes up on the side of my toe causing flexing of the skin, eventually causing a...
