black area on arch of my foot? Is it cancer???

    Months ago this area was just red deep under the tissue. Was not irritated or inflamed. Skin did feel different almost callous but not rough. Now this is area has blackish color. I'm worrying if this was internal bleeding and now it has made it to the surface. I attached a image and if anyone can help tell me what is going on I would greatly appreciate it.
