Bruise inside of big toe

    I just got back from a week-long vacation that required lots of walking every day. I wore tennis shoes that I don’t normally wear on each day of the trip. Also walked about 3-4 miles for 5 of those days, which I don’t normally do.

    I came back from the trip and noticed that my left big toe had a bruise on the left side next to the nail, and it was slightly swollen. Now, I thought at first that it was an ingrown toenail because I’ve had one before on the other foot, and until recently I used...
